Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?
Yes, orders over £50 qualify for our free standard shipping via EMS. For orders under £50 or for faster delivery, we offer express shipping via DHL/FedEx for £12.95.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing Time: 1-2 business days (orders placed by 3pm GMT ship same day Monday-Friday)

Delivery Time:

  • Express Shipping: 10-15 days after dispatch (DHL/FedEx)
  • Standard Shipping: 15-25 days after dispatch (EMS, free over £50)

Note: Seasonal demand during major tournaments may slightly extend processing times.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally except to some remote areas in Asia and other locations where delivery isn’t reliable. If your location requires additional shipping charges, we’ll contact you for approval before processing your order.
How are fragile items like rods protected during shipping?
We use specially designed rod tubes and reel cases to protect your investment. Our environmentally conscious packaging is both sturdy enough to protect your gear and sustainable.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from receipt of your order for:
  • Unused items in original packaging
  • Manufacturer defects (we cover return shipping)
  • Incorrect items sent (we’ll expedite replacements)

Who pays for return shipping?
For manufacturer defects or our errors, we cover return shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item qualifies for our free return program (stated on product pages).
