Step 2: Prepare Your Return
Once your return is approved:
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following fishing items cannot be returned:
- Barbless hooks (due to potential tampering concerns)
- Fly tying materials (feathers, capes & saddles, dubbing, flash)
- Opened or used bait products (boilies, hook baits & groundbait)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may request return of the defective item
