Once approved:

  • Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation
  • Clearly mark whether you want a refund or exchange

Refund Information

After we receive and inspect your return:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

Non-Returnable Fishing Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Barbless hooks (due to potential tampering concerns)
  • Fly tying materials: feathers, capes & saddles, dubbing, flash
  • Opened or used bait products: boilies, hook baits & groundbait

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • In some cases, we may request return of the defective item
